    Hi Everyone, Just spent an amazing day at the KitchenAid factory here in Ohio learning how they make mixers and watching the work that goes into making one. Fascinating! I got permission to photograph the processes and will post pictures soon.
    (Some are posted on my Flickr page.)

    And Brett, yes, there was little leg room. And apparently there wasn’t enough room for my luggage on such a little plane either…as I discovered when I arrived!

    Hi David, Having lost my luggage at least half a dozen times (in my peak travel days) I know how annoying it is, hopefully they’ll compensate you for it.

    Oliver: We’ll I got my luggage back the next day, minus one of my new Lacoste shirts! So if anyone sees a United Airlines worker in a beautiful olive green polo shirt with an alligator on it…
