Cafe des Musees

(UPDATE: Cafรฉ des Musรฉes changed owners in the Fall of 2014 and Iโ€™ve heard mixed reports from locals and visitors. I havenโ€™t been back since the change of chef andย ownership but from all reports, it is a completely different restaurant and you should not expect to find the same dishes as noted in this post.) Paris Ice Cream Shops: Les Glaciers de Paris

Hereโ€™s my address book for the most popular and some of my favorite places for ice cream in Paris. I recently published an updated list of ice cream shops in Paris=> Here! Taillevent, Illy, Chez Dumonet, and O Chateau Wine Tasting

Letโ€™s just go anywhere that chocolate-guy says to go!โ€ I was glad to be of service, but I likeโ€ฆ

Cooking On Rue Tatin: Part 2

Since man, and woman, cannot live by chocolate alone (although wouldnโ€™t it be nice if we could?), our group spent the rest of our time slaving away putting together sumptuous meals, and learning about wine the hard way: by tasting it. One of my favorite snacks of the class On Rue Tatin turned out to be these golden-brown, eggy gougรจres enriched with gruyรจre cheese andโ€ฆ
