    Being an American of suburban descent, I’d guess they’re those marshmallow cookies with a graham cracker crumb base. I can’t remember what they’re called, though, and the internet isn’t helping.

    Since they *aren’t* what we all think, I’ll guess it’s a new donut-like thing; I’d say from an American chain, like Krispy Kreme, except I don’t think they have them in Paris. And yet, I hink you’d appreciate the irony.
