Paris Booksigning and Get-Together

It’s that time of the year, folks. (No, not when I crawl out of my hibernation hole.) It’s the holiday season in Paris and I’m having a booksigning and get-together at La Cuisine cooking school. If you’re in town, stop in say hi!

There will be copies of Ready for Dessert, The Perfect Scoop, and The Sweet Life in Paris for sale, which I’m happy to personalize for you or for holiday gift-giving. Certain titles may be in limited supply, and you’re welcome to bring copies of books you already own.

I’ll be at the school Saturday, December 1st, from 4 to 6pm, which is located at 80, quai de l’Hôtel de Ville. Treats and so forth will be provided by the fine folks at La Cuisine.

You can get a map, and more information, at the Facebook event page, where you’re welcome to RSVP as well, if you wish. (Although not required.)




(Due to the nature of the event, the venue is unable to take credit cards for book purchases.)

    I gave a copy of The Sweet Life to one of my students for his Bar Mitzvah last weekend. Too bad we won’t be in Paris tomorrow for the signing! He loves to bake. We will be there in March, though, for our class trip!

    Darn. We will be out of town next Saturday so hopefully you will be available at another event before we leave Paris next summer! Your blogs have been so helpful as I have assimilated to shopping, cooking and bake in Paris. I worked at Williams-Sonoma in the states for many years as my “fun” job and now wish I had purchased so many items we carried that I didn’t know I needed until we moved here!

    The Sweet Life one of my favorite reads this year. Working my way, or cooking my way thru Ready for Dessert, and hoping Santa takes the hint for an ice cream machine, I have The Perfect Scoop and am so ready.
