Of all the books I own on French cuisine, Letโ€™s Eat France is one of my favorites. First up, the book is huge. I donโ€™t mean in terms of scope, which it is. But physically the book is enormous. Les Vacances

The French really have it right with the five weeks of paid vacation a good number of them get a year. Itโ€™s a great way to truly relax and one week isnโ€™t enough. Camino Restaurant
