Have you ever gone away for a few weeks and found out that youโ€™d left the freezer door ajar? Well, I did. And let me tell you, it wasnโ€™t pretty. Concord Grape Shrub and Cocktail

One of my favorite things, or some of my favorite things, I should say, are Concord grapes. I grew up eating them as a snack, as well as in jams, jellies, and even desserts. And if anyone else is old enough, raise your hand if you remember the Welchโ€™s Concord grape juice stand at the original Disneyland in Anaheim. Who cared about those chirpy woodenโ€ฆ

I donโ€™t regularly watch American cooking programs and competitions, although occasionally I come across them on TV here in France, dubbed (Version Franรงaise, or VF), which makes them less interesting to watch.
