Organic and Fair Trade Chocolates

I ainโ€™t Mr. Organic. Iโ€™m one of those people where โ€œlocal-trumps-organicโ€. And taste trumps everything. But I do generally prefer to buy from a local grower if possible, rather than from someone far away. (Unless itโ€™s Targetโ€ฆthen all bets are off!)
