Iโ€™ve noted that wine bars in Paris often are the best places for casual dining in town. So when my friend Rochelle, a pastry chef friend from the States, came to visit, I wanted to go somewhere easygoing, where weโ€™d be assured of good, honest food. Involtini: Feta & Prosciutto Rolls

I was having drinks at a friendโ€™s house last night, who is a cuistot, the French slang for a cook. Lโ€™Entredgeu

One of the best restaurants in Paris is one that I have a hard time recommending. Itโ€™s not that the food isnโ€™t consistently very good-to-excellent. Nor is the service anything less than friendly and sincere. One problem with Lโ€™Entredgeu is that itโ€™s way up in the 17th, pretty much away from everything else. Thatโ€™s relatively minor, though. The big problem for me is the name;โ€ฆ
