Poilane

I donโ€™t think about this so much anymore, but one of the reasons I moved to Paris is that I could, whenever I wanted to, go to Poilรขne and buy myself a nice chunk of pain Poilรขne. Just like that. I was a big fan of Ottolenghi even before I stepped into one of their restaurants.
