Asparagus Mimosa

I came to the conclusion a while back that there isnโ€™t a vegetableย thatโ€™s not better roasted. I backtracked a bit, not just because that idea was too many double-negatives in one sentence, but thought that peas probably arenโ€™t better roasted. Oven-Roasted Asparagus

Recently Iโ€™ve come out as a non-steamed vegetable eater. I worked with an amazing Asian food expert who hated Japanese food, saying it wasnโ€™t sexy, pointing the blame on a reliance on steaming.
