Orange-Glazed Polenta Cake

Apparently Iโ€™m not the only one who loves polenta cake. The Italians like it so much that itโ€™s called Amor Polenta. Which means โ€œPolenta Love.โ€ Well, at least thatโ€™s what I thought it meant, because amour in French means โ€œlove.โ€ And I assumed that it was the same in Italian. RAP Italian Epicerie in Paris

Due to our closeness to Italy, itโ€™s fairly easy to find an Italian รฉpicerie in almost any Parisian neighborhood. (Although locating an authentic Italian espresso is a little more elusive.) Iโ€™m fortunate because there are two excellent Italian รฉpiceries (speciality food shops) close to where I live, but most of the places get their items from a distributor, which means the selection is somewhat narrowโ€ฆ.

Eating Around London

It was always this hulking city that I struggled to navigate, overwhelmingly large, with a subway system that seemed like a tangle of routes and directions that I just couldnโ€™t unravel.
