Favorite Cookbooks of 2011

As 2011 draws to a close, I look at the stack of books that Iโ€™ve collected on my bookshelf (and piled up on my floorโ€ฆand beside my bed, and stacked in my kitchenโ€ฆ) and wonder how Iโ€™m going to cook and bake from them all.
