Polenta Ice Cream (Gelato di polenta)

Technically this gelato isnโ€™t โ€˜polentaโ€™ ice cream, but itโ€™s made with corn flour. But when I was in Torino, Italy last year, a local gelateria was making what they were billing as a โ€˜polentaโ€™ gelato, using farina bรณna.
