I opened my jar of molasses to start my Thanksgiving baking…

Thanksgiving?

I hope this isn’t a bad omen.

    if you flip the lid upside down, it looks like the top of a kitty cat head. (that’s one way of looking at it!)

    You should think of it this way: that little tail on the left side of his “face”, that must be a tongue. he must be licking his chops from anticipation of deliciousness, and in order to lick one’s chops, the corners of one’s mouth must be a bit turned down. so no frowns, only chop-licking.

    It’s hilarious, but what’s scary is that you look at the inside of lids to get omens.
